An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) covers scheduled preventive maintenance visits and labour costs, but spare parts are billed separately. A CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) covers everything — labour, spare parts and unlimited emergency call-outs — giving you one predictable annual fee.

Our standard AMC includes two preventive maintenance visits per year. Additional visits and emergency call-outs are available at a discounted rate for AMC customers.
